Thanks for the suggestion.  At the moment I am not sure how closely the two product resemble each other under the hood since I have not looked into Time Tracker that closely at this point.  While my writings so far about Issue Tracker do not follow the same pattern or format of the Time Tracker whitepaper, I think that my developer document will be somewhat different.  I do like the way the Time Tracker whiepaper goes about presenting the information for developers and while my own style will likely differ I do plan to cover the main points that it covers so that it can be of use to as many as possible.
